Riteway has recently introduced a talent pool as a way of recruiting for roles that are commonly needed for our clients.

FAQ

What is a Talent Pool?

A talent pool (or recruitment pool) is a group of candidates who have undergone a rigorous assessment process and have satisfied the pre-established standards for a role or type of role.

Talent pools provide candidates with the opportunity to be considered for multiple roles by submitting only one application. The recruitment process is fast and streamlined and candidates in previous rounds have received multiple offers.

Candidates who successfully demonstrate through the selection process that they meet the standards required for the role (or type of role) are placed in the recruitment pool for 12 months and can be considered for roles, as they become available.

Why should I apply?

Some of the reasons to consider joining our recruitment pool are:

  • Fast and streamlined recruitment process
  • Be considered for a range of roles over 12 months
  • Get involved with valuable work that supports local business
  • Reduce the time from when there is a suitable role to when you start
  • Won’t be locked into a full-time role if it doesn’t suit your lifestyle

What type of roles do you offer?

Riteway provides our clients with the project resources they need specifically for their project.  That commonly includes project managers, business analysts and in some cases, we need to fill specialist technical roles as well.

Our successful model is to only have our team working on the days or the hours they are needed for the project – this helps keep cost down and makes the project more cost effective.

Because we need a team with flexibility, we are keen to hear from people who want to balance work and life and are able to work reduced days per week or hours per day.  Maybe you have school-aged kids to be home for or maybe you are semi-retired and just looking for 2 or 3 days work per week.  Either way, we would love to hear from you.
